Must meet all applicable requirements of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations.
Note: An accident is considered to be a DOT recordable accident if any of the following conditions exist:
- Fatality, or bodily injury requiring medical treatment away from the scene
- One or more vehicles was towed from the scene of the accident
